(i) Identification data such as photographs of identity cards for the purpose of identity verification as well as access control to facilities. Where you are a job applicant, identification data may also be used for background checks towards creating a safe working environment at GTS. For this purpose, we may also collect your Aadhaar number for verifying, authenticating and / or updating your Aadhaar number in accordance with the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 where you provide us such data voluntarily. We ensure that your Aadhaar number shall be disclosed only with your consent, and in a manner specified under applicable law.

(ii) Photographic or videographic data such as your image or videographic footage where you visit our premises for the purpose of keeping our workplace safe and secure, as well as prevention and investigation of any offences including those relating to sexual harassment at the workplace.

(iii) Contact data for the purpose of providing or availing our services, coordinating project activities, as well as customer and partner relationship management.

(iv) Transaction data and bank account details for the purpose of billing and invoicing, payment of salary as well as transaction completion, audits and regulatory filings.

(v) Professional data such as resume, cover letter, and additional information such as background and job history for the purpose of (I) evaluating qualifications and experience (II) assessing suitability for the role as well as (III) for the purpose of maintaining records of the recruitment process.

(vi) Background check data for the purpose of maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

(vii) Device data as well as usage data such as when you visit our website or interact with us for the purpose of fraud monitoring and prevention.

(viii) Interview and assessment data for the purpose of evaluating performance in interviews and assessments, as well as making informed hiring decisions.
